A Wall Between Us

I’m so very sorry.
Our trust unraveled into silence,
Giving way to uncertainty.
There was nowhere left to turn—
Our love became a rising wall,
A wall of deep resentment.

No one can save me now;
The damage is already done.
I can’t blame you
For your anger and your bitterness—
I never imagined
It would be our babysitter.

Please—don’t blame yourself.
You’ve been a good wife,
You gave your all
To build us a good life.

This image portrays a woman standing amidst nature, accompanied by the text: "when you built a wall between us i turned around to see the rest of the world." It reflects themes of separation and self-discovery.
